So if you have Open GL support in Photoshop stop working, uninstall the mirror driver through the management console and it should start working again. I'm not sure if this is an ongoing issue that is being looked at, but I doubt it considering I couldn't find anything about it when I was initially looking. Aero came back up, but even better, Open GL support was available again. So I uninstalled the mirror driver and rebooted. After searching around for a while, I found that the Mirror Driver for Log Me In could cause the issue. Today, the Aero feature of Windows 7 stopped working and defaulted back to the Windows basic theme. I basically gave up on fixing the Open GL support issue.
I reinstalling the AMD drivers and the display drivers and even reinstalled CS5, but nothing worked. Considering it was working previously, I knew that wasn't the case and spent hours trying to figure out why that was happening. This problem has killed me searching for an answer and I finally found it by fixing another issue.įor a few months, the Open GL support in Photoshop CS5 stopped working and reported that my video card wasn't supported.
